Top 10 Productivity Podcasts to Improve your Performance and Results!
There are so many podcasts out there and it’s hard to know which ones are most worth your time and energy. I’ve done the research and vetting for you (and a lot of listening!) so that you can choose from the best ones. You’ll learn from experts in the productivity and efficiency field about the latest tools and approaches but also tried-and-true, time-tested ones to increase your ability to get your most important tasks done in less time.
I just returned from the annual NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals) conference. The closing speaker was Thanh Pham, a Productivity Expert with Asian Efficiency, which produces the podcast “The Productivity Show.” I’d listened to their podcast before and liked it, but his talk in person was so compelling and inspirational (and brave). He was speaking to a crowd of productivity practitioners about being more productive! When I saw the talk on the agenda, I likened it to a Personal Trainer speaking to top athletes about the benefits of working out. It was so much more than that; it was inspiration to be a more productive person than I already am and a better example to my clients.
I’ve spent my whole career learning, doing, and teaching others how to be more productive with their time and energy. I truly believe the results of productivity come from continuously putting in the effort, always committing to excellence, and planning out your most important work. Productivity can be learned. You’ll hear a lot about efficiency, or getting more done faster. I don’t believe efficiency is the ultimate goal (unless you are paid by the widget!). One must also be effective in order to achieve the desired results.
